Excellence and leadership in jurisprudence and its principles, the objectives of Sharia.

Message

Reviving the jurisprudential and fundamental heritage in general, and consolidating the Maliki school of thought in particular, its principles and rulings, and addressing emerging contemporary jurisprudential issues.

Goals

Integration with the rest of the college departments to achieve the college's mission and goals.
Interest in scientific research in the principles of jurisprudence and the objectives of Islamic law.
Participating in local, regional and international scientific seminars and conferences.
Preparing and qualifying specialists to deduce rulings and consider new and emerging issues.
Providing diverse programs to serve the community.
Preparing a qualified jurist to deal with the information, legal issues, and jurisprudential rulings presented to him.
