Registrar General Administration
The Registrar's Office is responsible for receiving and registering students who have obtained their high school diploma or its equivalent from other secondary schools. It completes the procedures for their placement in the relevant colleges and departments, monitors their academic progress from registration to graduation, and handles transfers and hosting from other universities, as well as student housing arrangements. The office also prepares statistics on current and graduating students by department and college, and oversees the registration of international students.
Furthermore, it registers and facilitates procedures for students with special needs, monitors their affairs, and implements and approves modern educational systems and methods. It also issues and approves standardized student documents, such as university ID cards, graduation certificates, and other verification and authentication procedures.
In addition, the Registrar's Office manages the academic affairs of university students, directly supervises the academic system, monitors the implementation of study and examination regulations, and oversees, guides, and coordinates all the organizational divisions under its purview.

Tasks
- Follow up on the admission and registration of new students and the procedures for transferring students in accordance with the relevant regulations.
- The administration handles the procedures for incoming students, including completing registration and residency procedures, and granting visas for final exit or return, in accordance with the relevant decisions.
- Issuing electronic certificates to all graduates in terms of preparation and approval by the colleges and the university president.
- Preparing and presenting various statistics and data to decision-makers at the university.
