Dr. Fares Abdul Hamid Mukhtar Al-Futaisi, born in Tripoli, 1985. Dean of the College of Sharia Sciences – Souq Jumaa – affiliated with the University of Tripoli since 2019.

• Delivered a scientific course in Tripoli on the jurisprudential principles of Imam al-Sa’di, 2019.
• Delivered a scientific course at Hamza bin Abdul Muttalib Mosque explaining Imam al-Mazini’s treatise for the people of West Tripoli, 2018.
